The right level of automation depends on the property and its budget. For larger or more integrated projects we work with BMS and KNX; for smaller properties we also assemble solutions using Home Assistant and Aqara, subject to device compatibility and the agreed functions.

What you receive
Practical automation matched to the property. Internet dependence, device compatibility and subscription requirements are clarified before equipment selection.
Where it fits
Large buildings and hotels, offices, villas, apartments and smaller commercial properties. Core HVAC and plumbing works can be arranged through partners.
The final solution, required approvals and handover scope depend on the building and are defined in the project documentation and contract.

How we deliver
Equipment & installation
Equipment and installation are coordinated with the approved solution and other site contractors.
Testing & handover
We check the system and its interfaces, record results and explain operation to the responsible staff.
Service & upgrades
Maintenance, warranty and response arrangements are defined in the project or service agreement.

Before we start
Can you work with an existing project?
Yes. We review the available drawings, specifications and site conditions, then identify what can be used and what needs clarification or revision.
Can you supply a complete installation?
The agreed scope can include design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance. The proposal records each stage, dependencies and exclusions.
Can you maintain an existing system?
We first assess condition, equipment suitability and compatibility. We do not accept every existing installation automatically; any corrective work is agreed before service begins.
